The Yellowstone falling film evaporators are the most efficient on the market and are sold and serviced from our facility with real 24/7 service. The Yellowstone unit provides numerous efficiency-boosting features including vapor heat recapture and inlet pre-warming, a super-high surface area disperser which does not need level ground, and chiller-less operation. Not only does the chiller-less condenser perform more efficiently at lower cost than the cold-plate method, but it allows the machine to be throttled much higher for low-concentration batches without being limited by the chiller.

We’re selling a very lightly-used REM Tech D970L THC remediation system for half price, $250k.
The D970L is a software-driven THC remediation system capable of large throughput with minimal consumable cost, low operating cost, and simple installation.
2 50 Gal stainless dimple tanks from C1D1 available. Glycol jacketed, not insulated.
According to C1D1’s site:
“By using a combination of 100, 10, and 1 micron filter bags we are able to use the 100 and 10 micron filter bags to filter a percentage of particulates before reaching the expensive 1 micron filter bag. This phased out model of filtration will end up minimizing consumption and increasing profitability. We take this same model of conservation and apply it to the 5 micron carbon fiber lenticular filter. By removing the fats and lipids at 1 micron before attempting to remove the dark color of your solution, our clients are able to minimize the cost of carbon filter.
This unit has the upgraded prepackaged bearings which were the solution for the famous recalls. For more information on these units see https://c1d1labs.org/centrifuges-for-cannabis-extraction/
The Solvent Blaster from C1D1 Labs is
“both a quick and efficient way of chilling ethanol from room temperature down to -40C/F. This can be used to expedite the process of winterization, or as the primary chilling solution for an extraction system . This solvent blaster was designed to quickly bring down ethanol to -40C without requiring massive electrical draw. This unit runs off of 15 amps with a 120V control panel. With a flow rate of up to 200 gallons per hour, we can find chilling solutions for any sized extraction lab. By combining the best of both mechanical chilling and liquid nitrogen, C1D1 Labs is able to minimize consumption of consumables and accurately control the temperature of your solvent.
Each unit comes standard with an explosion proof control panel, explosion proof pump, variable frequency drive, and an engineer peer review for certification.”
