X-Ray Service Packages
ABM Equipment offers a wide range of annual standard service packages for Eagle X-ray equipment which help maximize performance and minimize cost.
Packages help us offer mutually sensible pricing options.
By supporting predictability, these help us operate more efficiently and deliver services at lower prices.
Our service agreements serve to reduce unplanned maintenance, emergency repairs, and scheduling conflicts, all of which are expensive and most of which are avoidable. This predictability also helps our customers avoid budgetary conflicts and surprises.
Our training programs help meet various auditing and food safety standards including American Institute of Baking (AIB) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) requirements.
We also offer customized packages for unique situations, such as multiple units in separate but close facilities.
Basic
- 1 PMPV (Preventative Maintenance Performance Validation) service per machine per year which is in line with all current supermarket COPs (Codes Of Practice) and FDA radiation regulations. (This service includes documented certification for radiation emissions, contaminante tests & verification, and weight checks & adjustments where applicable.)

- Full remote access for troubleshooting
- 24-hr technical phone support
- 5% discount on machine repair visits 3
- 5% discount on spare parts replacement during machine repair visits and those recommended during PMPV visits 2,4,5,6
Plus

- Operator Training courses are scheduled during PMPV visits.
- All parts currently under warranty will be managed according to their warranty terms.
- Machine repair coverage applies only to equipment failure.
- Coverage for spare part replacement is void if: parts were misused/abused, warranty seals on the corresponding parts are missing or broken, or the parts were not purchased from ABM Equipment or Eagle PI. Spare parts will be charged at list in such instances.
- Obsolete parts cannot be guaranteed for replacement; ABM Equipment will make a good faith effort to provide alternative parts in such instances.
- This excludes full coverage replacement of generators.
- Machine repair coverage is for breakdowns and component failure under normal system operation conditions.
