Processor’s Pattymaker

Capable of 2,100 to 2,200 patties per hour and up to 10 oz. portions, the Processor's Pattymaker is more versatile than smaller alternatives because of the optional dies available. By partitioning the diameter of the dies you can produce 4”, 3”, and 2” products, whether round, square, or nuggets in custom shapes. It consistently delivers precise portions and automatically interleaves paper slips between them. It comes standard with a 33 lb. hopper which can be upsized, among other options as shown below.
