This used Bepex/Schugi Flexomix (model 160, serial number N5-36/0) is a high-intensity, continuous mixer and wet agglomerator designed for homogeneous blending of powders with liquids. It was purchased in 2009, is in good working condition, and we also have a new shaft available for $30K.

Its vertical, high-shear mixing chamber rapidly combines dry ingredients with atomized liquids to produce uniform, free-flowing granules with excellent flowability, wettability, and dispersibility. With residence times of less than one second, the Flexomix delivers consistent product quality while supporting continuous, high-throughput production.

It includes:

• A 200 gallon jacketed tank
  5hp fristam circulation / cip pump
• 1 hp metering pump
• 30 gal scale tank
